Three phases. Each one builds on the last. You decide how far to go — but every engagement starts at the beginning.
Three phases. Three dimensions. One coherent method that builds depth in every direction your business needs to grow.
Every Peakrik engagement follows the same sequence: Diagnose, Design, Deliver. The phases are modular — you can stop after any one of them. But they always run in order, because each phase is built on what the previous one uncovered.
You can choose to stop after the Diagnosis if you want to take the findings forward independently. You can stop after Design if you want to execute the plan with your own team. What you can't do is skip the beginning — because a plan built without a proper diagnosis is a plan built on assumptions.
On timelines: The duration of the Design and Deliver phases is defined jointly at the end of the Diagnosis, based on the complexity and priorities identified. What's scoped in the plan determines what's needed to execute it — and that can only be known after a proper diagnosis.
Starting at Diagnosis means the Design is grounded in reality. Running the Deliver phase ourselves means we're accountable for what we designed. Each phase makes the next one sharper — and the whole engagement more likely to produce lasting change.
The 3D Method isn't a formula. It's a sequence built on a simple principle: you can't design what you haven't understood, and you can't deliver what you haven't designed.
