A clear method.
Modular by design.

Three phases. Each one builds on the last. You decide how far to go — but every engagement starts at the beginning.

The 3D Method

Three phases. Three dimensions. One coherent method that builds depth in every direction your business needs to grow.

Every Peakrik engagement follows the same sequence: Diagnose, Design, Deliver. The phases are modular — you can stop after any one of them. But they always run in order, because each phase is built on what the previous one uncovered.

You can choose to stop after the Diagnosis if you want to take the findings forward independently. You can stop after Design if you want to execute the plan with your own team. What you can't do is skip the beginning — because a plan built without a proper diagnosis is a plan built on assumptions.

Phase 01

Diagnose
Can be a stopping point
4–8 working sessions Structured deep-dive into your business, people, data, and processes.
A structured deep-dive into your business. We look at your data, your processes, your team structure, and your commercial performance — to identify what's blocking growth and what to prioritise. Nothing is assumed: every finding is grounded in what we observe, not what we expect to find.
What you get
  • A clear map of your operational gaps and priorities
  • Data audit: what you're measuring, what's missing, what's misleading you
  • Priority list: where to focus first and why
  • A written summary you can act on — with or without Peakrik
Who it's for
  • Companies growing fast but starting to feel the cracks
  • Founders who sense something is off but can't pinpoint what
  • Teams where everyone is busy but results aren't moving
Every engagement starts here. The Diagnosis is the foundation everything else is built on.
Start with the Diagnosis
Phase 02
D
Design
Can be a stopping point
~4 weeks Timeline confirmed at end of Diagnosis.
We turn the Diagnosis findings into a concrete operational plan. Processes are not designed from theory — they are shaped directly by what the data revealed: what's actually happening, what's causing friction, and what the business genuinely needs to move forward. The result is a plan that fits the company as it is, not as it should be.
What you get
  • Redesigned processes with clear ownership, grounded in empirical findings
  • Reporting structure: the KPIs that matter for your specific business and how to track them
  • Team structure recommendations based on actual workflow analysis
  • A phased roadmap with milestones and measurable success criteria
Who it's for
  • Companies that have completed the Diagnosis and are ready to act on findings
  • Teams with a clear goal but no structured path to get there
  • Founders who need a concrete, executable plan — not a strategy document
Follows: The Peakrik Diagnosis. The plan is only as good as the data behind it.
Talk about the Design phase

On timelines: The duration of the Design and Deliver phases is defined jointly at the end of the Diagnosis, based on the complexity and priorities identified. What's scoped in the plan determines what's needed to execute it — and that can only be known after a proper diagnosis.

Phase 03
D
Deliver
Full engagement
Variable Defined at the end of the Design phase, based on scope and complexity.
We work alongside your team to implement the plan. This isn't just delivery — it's adoption. We train the people who need to change how they work, stay close through the transition, and adjust course if reality doesn't match the plan (it rarely does perfectly).
What you get
  • Hands-on implementation support throughout the rollout
  • Team training and enablement sessions
  • Ongoing check-ins and course corrections during the transition
  • A structure that runs on its own when we step back
Who it's for
  • Companies that want to do this once and get it right
  • Teams that need external accountability to drive real change
  • Founders who don't want a plan that gathers dust on a shelf
Best when: Preceded by both Diagnose and Design — accountability for delivery starts at the diagnosis.

The 3D advantage

Three phases. One coherent method.

Starting at Diagnosis means the Design is grounded in reality. Running the Deliver phase ourselves means we're accountable for what we designed. Each phase makes the next one sharper — and the whole engagement more likely to produce lasting change.

The 3D Method isn't a formula. It's a sequence built on a simple principle: you can't design what you haven't understood, and you can't deliver what you haven't designed.
